Pride of East Africa: Kenya & Tanzania

Overview

Kenya and Tanzania: These storied names evoke a bygone era of safari romance and adventure—seas of golden grass swaying under a blue bowl of sky, great herds of migrating wildebeest and zebra traversing the savanna among rocky outcrops and lacy acacia trees, rhinos browsing on the plains, nights spent gazing into the flicker of a campfire under skies strewn with stars. In the Serengeti and Maasai Mara, behold the timeless drama of predator and prey, the circle of life, unfolding rhythmically on one of Earth’s last great wild stages. This experience of Africa at its most primal still exists and is waiting to be discovered once more on our ultimate Kenya and Tanzania safari. You’ll find no more epic encounter with the wonders of East Africa, which seduce contemporary explorers as powerfully as they did their predecessors a century or more ago.
