Overview
This tour will take you to Chobe National Park, Moremi Game Reserve and the salt pans. Our trip starts in Kasane and returns to end in Kasane or Maun, depending on your next destination. On this tour, there is flexibility to provide for all the client’s needs. You bring your camera and everything else will be provided for a trip of a lifetime!
Tour Plan
Day 1 Chobe National Park
You will meet our tour guides who will brief you on the tour plan. You will leave for Chobe stopping to visit Kasane Town and take part in a 3-hour boat ride. After the boat ride, you will take part in a game drive on the way to Chobe National Park where you will check in, have dinner and turn in for the night.
Day 2 Chobe National Park - Savuti
After breakfast, you will take off for a morning game drive to Savuti. Here you will explore the area in search of wildlife. After you stop for lunch, you will take part in another short game drive in Savuti where you may see zebras and experience the wildebeest migration. Later in the evening, you will head to camp where you will have dinner and turn in for the night.
Day 3 Savuti Sunset
After breakfast, you will take off for a morning game drive in the Savuti Marsh where you will explore searching for large cats like lions and leopards. This area is where you will have time to visit the Bushman rock painting and experience an amazing African sunset. You will return to camp later in the day for dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 4 Moremi Game Reserve
After breakfast, you will take off on a morning game drive headed to Kwai in the Moremi Game Reserve. On the reserve, you will explore part of Okavango in an open car. On the afternoon drive, you will enjoy an African sunset on the reserve near the river site. The area is known as the best on the Okavango Delta. Later in the evening, you will take off to the camp where you will have dinner and turn in for the night.
Day 5 Moremi Game Reserve - Maun
After breakfast, you will check out and head off for a morning game drive in Kwai. Later in the afternoon, you will drive to Maun. You will arrive in Maun in the evening; enjoy dinner and then explore Maun Town. Later in the evening, you will return to camp and turn in for the night.
Day 6 Mokoro in Maun
After breakfast, you will take off on a mokoro excursion on the delta for an exciting 3 hours! You will enjoy lunch and then be dropped off in Maun. This is where your safari will end.
